Mike and Mike began working together in La Jolla, CA in the summer of 2000. Ten years later, they are still going strong and are embarking on a new mobile venture with mobile catering for corporate, social and private events.
Mike Levine was raised in Texas and started working in restaurants at 15. He graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI with a Culinary Arts Degree and New England Culinary Institute with a Food and Beverage Degree. He managed restaurants in Scotland, La Jolla and Denver.
Mike Carlin was raised in Kansas and started working in restaurants while attending the University of Kansas. He graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute with a Culinary Arts Degree. He has been the Executive Chef at restaurants in La Jolla, Vail and Denver.
